After Hurricane Nicole barreled through Central Florida, neighbors were left to assess the damage, and for those along the Atlantic Coast, the damage was devastating. Houses precariously hanging over embankments that were once backyards. Residents wondering if they will have a roof over their head, and worse... will they have a home to come back to?
